We are an American Celtic band from Eugene, Oregon. We play for contradances and other fun occasions. Band members are (l-r, above):

• Becky Dorsey (Fiddle)
• John Light (Piano, Accordion, Guitar)

Amazon Creek's music is rooted in the traditional dance music of Ireland, and Scotland, with strong influence from North American sources: Quebec, Cape Breton, New England, and Southern U.S. We also include in our repertoire strands of Central European, French, and Middle Eastern music. Whether you catch us at a contradance or in concert, we promise you'll soon be tapping your feet and smiling....and probably having almost as much fun as we are!
