We continue to be in a period of uncertainty and change, evolving daily. However, the pull of the mountains and beaches and the need to get away remains! Here at Amazon Creek, we would like to assure you that we will stay flexible with our cancellation policy for as long as it takes. Be confident in the knowledge that if you need to cancel your holiday we will be fair, flexible, and as accommodating as possible.
Cancellation policy due to COVID-19
We are operating a flexible 30-day cancellation policy for all new bookings until the end of the 2021 summer season. Should you need to cancel your vacation due to COVID-19 more than 30 days before arrival (excluding “disinclination to travel”), we will fully refund your holiday with Amazon Creek. Any holidays cancelled within 30 days of the initial start date will receive a full credit, valid for 12 months and can be used against a future holiday any time of year subject to availability.
