To make sure that Amazon Creek maintains these high standards in order to be considered by Amazon Creek your property and the services you provide must meet a minimum set of standards. Our property owners are free to make the arrangements to provide these services themselves providing the standards and level of service is not compromised. To make the process smooth from start to finish, we do highly recommend enlisting Amazon Creek to provide these services. This not only streamlines the operational process but also guarantees your/our guests are receiving only the best service.

  • High End Interior Finishing
  • State of the art entertainment facilities

  • Outdoor space
  • Quality Linens and Towels*
  • Fully equipped Kitchen 
  • Property Management and Facilities contracts in place to ensure property is kept to a high standard* 

  • Meet and Greet, Check out, and on-call assistance in resort
  • Linen, Towels, Bathrobes, and Slippers*
  • End of stay cleaning
  • Bathroom products (Soap, Shower Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion)*
  • Daily spa checks (hot tub chemical levels must be checked at least once per stay when guests are in resort. 
  • Daily pool cleaning (applies to both indoor and outdoor pools when guests are in resort)

In order to be considered for an exclusive listing with Amazon Creek the additional services must be provided:

  • Welcome 'essentials' pack, a bottle of champagne, local wine, cheeses, jams and charcuteries
  • Delivery of fresh bread and pastries each morning
  • Daily bin collection

A fixed fee per week according to your properties size and requirements applies for Amazon Creek to provide these services for your guests.

*These services can be provided by Amazon Creek at a fixed agreed rate.
