The perfect package for property owners looking to be completely hands off. Amazon Creek will take care of all your property needs including Property and Facilities Management and Sales and Marketing Services.

Only property owners whose properties meet Amazon Creek's minimum standards will be offered an exclusive listing with Amazon Creek.  In order for your property to become part of the Amazon Creek portfolio we must provide a minimum set of services. By joining the complete Amazon Creek Package we will provide these services* for each of your bookings. 

  • Dedicated service from our professional pre-arrival concierge
  • Chalet meet and greet with our Amazon Creek chalet manager
  • Welcome 'essentials' pack, a bottle of champagne, local wine, cheeses, jams and charcuteries
  • Delivery of fresh bread and pastries each morning
  • Daily bin collection
  • Daily spa cleaning, and spa & pool chemical checks where applicable
  • Luxury linen, towels and bathroom products
  • End of stay deep clean

*A fixed agreed fee per week for the management of your property when guests are in resort will be agreed as part of your package
