You are not under any obligation to consent to us processing your sensitive personal data. However, without your consent, we will not be able to make the necessary arrangements to provide the accommodation services that you have booked or are attempting to book.
If you are happy to consent to our use of your sensitive personal data, you will also be able to withdraw your consent at any time.
If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law or under the terms of a contract we have agreed with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are attempting to confirm with you.
In other words, where we require details from you in order to provide you with your chosen accommodation services, if you do not provide us with the necessary details then we will not be able to provide the services you have booked or are attempting to book.
In this case, depending upon when you fail to provide the necessary data, we may either not be able to process your booking or we will cancel your booking, in which case we will treat this as a ‘cancellation by you’ in accordance with our Booking Terms and Conditions. We will notify you if we are unable to process a booking or are forced to cancel a booking for this reason.
3. How your personal data is collected
We use different methods to collect data from and about you including:

- HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities based in the United Kingdom who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
You have the right to:
To your personal data (commonly known as a "data subject access request"). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
Of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.
Of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it.
