Working seamlessly with your group or family, we can arrange everything you need in advance, so you have nothing left to do apart from unwind and enjoy.

From the moment you get in touch, our office team will work with you to find out exactly what your group would like - form airport transfers, equipment hire, instructors, childcare, through to luxury services including 5-star private chefs, on call drivers and daily massages. Our team is made up of local experts, who are here to personalise your stay and make suggestions to make your holiday truly memorable. When you arrive, whether you've booked self-catered or catered, our chalet manager is available daily to help make sure your holiday is running smoothly. The team will be on hand to plan any last minute activities, restaurant reservations, or extra in chalet services you may require. 

HOUSEKEEPING 

One thing we know for sure is that no one wants to be concerned with housekeeping when they are on holiday. Whether you are looking for an hour a day to keep on top of the kids clutter, a few hours a week to keep on top of the kitchen and bathrooms or perhaps you would like a hotel style daily housekeeping service. We can cater for as much or as little housekeeping as you desire. All our housekeepers are trained to perform their duties with the upmost discretion, there presence in the chalet will be respectful to your privacy at all times. 

Our housekeeping services do not stop there, if you are hosting a special event and don't want to have to worry about the clean up we have you covered.  We can also arrange linen and towel changes on request for stays longer than 5 nights. 

PRIVATE CHAUFFEUR SERVICES 

Explore the Chamonix valley in style with our private driver service. This optional extra comes highly recommended to get the very best out of your luxury chalet holiday, especially during ski season when your driver will load up your equipment before you leave, as well as unloading your kit when you get to the lift station and back to the chalet. 

Our driver services give you the maximum flexibility to explore, as and when suits you. Imagine having your very own personal chauffeur and luxury vehicle at your disposal every day for for pick ups and drop off anywhere within the Chamonix Valley, day trips, and evening taxi services. You can organise all your transport needs prior to your arrival including private airport transfers to and from Geneva airport to your Luxury Chamonix Chalet or decide once you arrive.

Our in chalet catering services are the most popular with our clients and the feedback from guests year on year is that the standard of dishes presenting are some of the best they have ever experienced. We can also provide a hostess to set up and provide service during meals times, it is important to note that for groups larger than 6 a hostess will be required.

Along with our chalet catering services we can also provide chef delivered meals, special events catering, celebration cakes, and fresh bread and pastry deliveries. If you are taking a self-catered package we can also arrange for pre arrival shopping so that when you arrive the fridge and cupboards are fully stocked and ready for you.
