We continue to be in a period of uncertainty and change, evolving daily. However, the pull of the mountains and beaches and the need to get away remains! Here at Amazon Creek, we would like to assure you that we will stay flexible with our cancellation policy for as long as it takes. Be confident in the knowledge that if you need to cancel your holiday we will be fair, flexible, and as accommodating as possible.

Cancellation policy due to COVID-19

We are operating a flexible 30-day cancellation policy for all new bookings for the rest of 2020 and the 2020-2021 winter season. Should you need to cancel your vacation due to COVID-19 more than 30 days before arrival (excluding “disinclination to travel”), we will fully refund your holiday with Amazon Creek. Any holidays cancelled within 30 days of the initial start date will receive a full credit, valid for 12 months and can be used against a future holiday any time of year subject to availability. 

Cleaning and Contact Protocols

Rest assured that your safety and comfort come first, it is of paramount importance to us. We have adapted our cleaning protocols and direct contact with guests to ensure we are in line with official health advice and government regulations. You can expect:

 

  • Our properties and vehicles to be thouroughly cleaned and disinfected before you arrive with care and attention to detail.

 

 

 

  • Our staff to be trained to the highest standard – not just cleaners, but our drivers, hosts and chefs, and anyone else you may come into contact with during your stay with us.

 

  • We have face masks and hand sanitizer readily available for you and our staff to use, and we will offer you as much or as little contact as you are comfortable with. 

 

 

 

 

  • Our staff will report to us if they are showing any symptoms of Covid-19, and will not come to the workplace.

 

  • We can offer virtual check-in and resort concierge, and manage all communication over the phone.
